Grupo Experiencias Xcaret was recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Mexico, ranking number 19 in the organization, with more than 5,000 coworkers.
The results are produced following an assessment of the work environment within organizations, based on internationally recognized methodology, in which coworkers express their feelings about their performance and work environment.
“If our coworkers are happy in their workplace, then they will generate happiness around them, causing customers, teammates, suppliers, their families and all with whom they have contact with to be happy too. They create virtuous and productive circles for all of us who are part of the great family of Experiencias Xcaret,” said the director of HR of Experiencias Xcaret, Eduardo Martínez Ochoa, in commenting on this achievement after the awards ceremony.
The executive said that work is ongoing in two major areas aimed at raising the levels of coworker satisfaction. “The first is creating mechanisms that allow our employees to feel happy, to be part of the large family of Experiencias Xcaret, providing them growth alternatives for personal and professional activities,” he said. “The second is seeking to improve day by day the relationship of the leaders with the coworkers, to increase the levels of trust between them and to strengthen the sense of accomplishment and collaboration in the team,” said Eduardo Martínez.
