After the visit of Hurricane Beryl, which gave us a bit of a makeover, we are already getting back in shape. We are pleased to share that none of our hotels or parks suffered any damages, thanks to the timely application of our established protocols at Grupo Xcaret in coordination with the authorities.
Hotel Xcaret México, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and La Casa de la Playa continued operating and attended to guests who stayed with us during Beryl’s passage. We are now operating normally.
We are also delighted to inform you that our parks and tours will resume operations as follows:
July 6: Full operation of our parks Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xenses Insomnia, Xavage, Xoximilco and Tour Xenotes will resume.
July 7: Operation of our Xel-Há and Yal-kú parks will resume, as well as our tours to Tulum and Cobá.
July 8: Our Xichen tour operation will resume.
• We will continue to provide updates and information in the coming hours regarding the reopening dates through our official channels.
We maintain constant communication with our guests, visitors, and members to address any concerns during this time.
Grupo Xcaret reaffirms its commitment to ensuring the safety of its visitors, guests, members, and employees, maintaining absolute coordination with civil protection and the authorities of the state of Quintana Roo.
We are happy and ready to welcome our visitors, guests, and members to share our great love for Mexico, always with a smile and open arms.
