According to the information provided by the authorities, we are currently on yellow alert in the municipalities of Benito Juárez and Puerto Morelos and on green alert in the Municipality of Solidaridad.
Likewise, this statement aims to inform about the status of our operations in relation to tropical storm Helene, which is currently in the Caribbean Sea between Cuba and Guatemala and has a trajectory to the north, contemplating that it will approach Cancun in the early morning of September 25.
In order to safeguard the integrity of our visitors, partners and collaborators, we have taken the following measures in our parks, tours and cruise line:
September 24:
• Parks: All Grupo Xcaret parks operate normally with the exception of Xoximilco, which will remain closed.
• Tours: Because we are on yellow alert, transportation from Cancun to Xplor Fuego and Xenses Insomnia is suspended.
• Xailing: Ferry, Catamaran, and Yacht operations remain closed until further notice from the port authority.
September 25:
• Parks: All Grupo Xcaret parks operate normally except for Xavage and Xenotes, which will remain closed due to the weather.
• Tours: Daytime tours (Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xenses, Xichén Lujo and Clásico) will not operate from Cancun. Transportation operations from Cancun to Xplor Fuego and Xenses Insomnia will resume on a regular basis. Tours from Riviera Maya will operate regularly.
• Xailing: Ferry, Catamaran and Yacht operations are ready to open when the authority indicates.
