Cancún, Quintana Roo, January 21, 2022 – We are very sorry to confirm the incident that took place at Hotel Xcaret Mexico this afternoon. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. We are providing support to all those affected by this incident.
It appears to have been a targeted event and we are fully cooperating with the authorities.
At this time, we will not be making any additional comments to avoid interfering with the police investigation.
